2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
The meanest production Corvette ever has just gotten meaner, with the addition of a supercharged V8 good for a whopping 755 hp and 715 lb-ft of torque. For the first time the ZR1 is available as a coupe or roadster. Power is transmitted to the fat Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 rear tires via either a Tremec TR-6070 7-speed manual transmission or 8-speed dual-clutch automatic. Two wing types – called, oh-so-creatively, “Low Wing” and “High Wing” -- as well as standard magnetic dampers at all four corners and high-performance Brembo brakes ensure that the ZR1 will be a track star just as much as a drag-strip demon. More details on the Corvette ZR1.
