The big news for 2024 when it comes to the Mach-E EV is the addition of the Rally model, which gets its dual-motor 91-kW EV powertrain tuned to produce 480 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. The Rally’s suspension is raised 20 mm over the standard model and it gets specially-tuned magnetic dampers as well as enlarged front brake rotors.
If the ride height isn’t enough of a giveaway, you can identify the Rally by its gloss-white 19-inch rally-style wheels, enlarged rear spoiler, black painted roof, special front splitter, built-in foglights and new Glacier Gray and Star White paint options with racing stripes.

F-150 Lightning
Ford’s popular EV pickup sees its lineup beefed up for 2024 thanks to the availability of the shorter-range Pro truck to retail customers after previously being a fleet-only choice. Range for the Pro is rated at 386 km compared to 515 km from the dual-motor truck, and that model is the no-nonsense work truck version of the Lighting for those requiring a truck for their small business.
At the other end of the spectrum in 2024, we find the Lightning Flash, which takes the XLT truck and adds a longer-range battery, Blue Cruise handsfree driving, B&O 8-speaker audio, power tailgate, wireless charge pad, Pro Trailer Backup Assist for better maneuvering when towing and a heat pump to better withstand cold Canadian winters.
