Once we arrived to the Raceway, we were driven around a slalom course, a skidpad and through emergency manoeuvres. The goal was to demonstrate the incredible capabilities of Chrysler's Adaptive Electronic Stability Program. No matter how hard I pushed the Sprinter, it never faltered or ran astray; truly impressive. Also mind-blowing was the fact that the van came to a full stop from 55 mph in about 100 feet repeatedly.

I had really enjoyed the first Sprinter I tested about two years ago but this one is even better and looks great. Its new character lines are pleasing and the new front fascia is actually "cute". If Ford and GM want to remain in the commercial van game, they either have to give the vans away or come up with something new. Ford already has the Transit which is immensely popular elsewhere in the World. The gloves have been dropped.
Pricing for the all-new 2007 Sprinter starts at $41,515.
