The Bugatti Veyron successor, which is expected to be called “Chiron,” could sell for more than $2.5 million USD. This is far from the only height the yet-to-be-unveiled French supercar will achieve, though.

IndianAutosBlog is reporting that the 2017 Bugatti Chiron could reach a top speed of 463 km/h and generate up to 1,500 horsepower. The engine has yet to be totally confirmed, but look for an 8.0L W16. Acceleration from 0-100 km/h could take as little as two seconds.

Deliveries of the 2017 Bugatti Chiron will likely begin next year (total production will be announced later). Soon, models like the Ferrari LaFerrari, Porsche 918 Spyder, and McLaren P1 will have another foe to contend with.
