A survey by GPS manufacturer TomTom reveals that 38% of Canadians planned to take one or two weeks off this summer, July in particular. While 59% of them want to stay in the country, and 60% will spend no more than $1,600 during their vacation, 35% said that they would very much like to visit a tropical island if money wasn't an issue.
So TomTom is offering five families or group of friends a chance to spend two weeks in Fiji, Saint Lucia, Mauritius, Cap Verde and Seychelles, all expenses paid. During this once-in-a-lifetime trip, they will be asked to map the island as they explore beautiful places and resorts. This will help TomTom create five new maps for its GPS systems.
