Starting next month, the 2017 Ram 1500 will be available in the U.S. with a new limited-edition Rebel Mojave Sand package and a returning Ignition Orange Sport model, FCA announced this week. Plans for the Canadian market have yet to be specified, however.
This is the first time Mojave Sand exterior paint has been available on a Ram truck model and is exclusive to the limited-production Rebel. The special package also includes a black-decaled performance hood, plus a unique interior with black-anodized bezels on the doors, centre console, instrument panel, and gauge cluster trim rings, all-black seats with black embroidery, Light Slate Gray accent stitching, and deep rubber floor mats embossed with gray Ram’s head logos.
Meanwhile, in addition to their vivid, monochromatic exterior hue with body-coloured grille, 2017 Ram 1500 Ignition Orange models feature a Sport performance hood with black decals, a black Ram’s head grille badge, a black tailgate badge, and black body-side badges. More orange trim can be found inside, of course, making it the perfect truck for Cleveland Browns fans!
In both cases, there will be only 1,500 units built.
