Impeccable behavior
On the road, the new VUE handles pretty well, whether with FWD or AWD. The electronic power-assisted steering (standard on all V6-powered models) allows the driver to maintain a straight course with few adjustments required. Except for the slight torque steer during hard acceleration, this little crossover drives just like a sedan.
There's plenty of room inside and, save for the seats that offer limited support because of their short cushions, I have nothing bad to say about comfort and convenience.
To sum it up, the 2008 Saturn VUE has been cleverly redesigned. It is now better-equipped to satisfy every family it targets. With all its features, this SUV rivals its competitors more than ever... but it has not managed to take the lead yet.
