    Surreal experience.

When I showed up it was impossible to tell where the office was. I was greeted by a gruff individual with a power drill in his hand. He apologized for his demeanour apparently he is partially deaf and therefore rude. I asked about a car I had seen online specifically its history. I was told "the office had burnt and so had records and most of the keys". I looked toward the indicated area and yes, it was burned and it was the office. I don't understand how you can have an office open to the public in a half burned building. Is this not a safety issue for the public? But I digress. I asked why the passenger window had shims inside and out, apparently there is no information on this and the mechanic must be consulted. Shouldn't the sales person know their product? I asked to take a test drive. That was arranged and the key (bless its little heart) was broken and hockey taped. The car would not start and had to be jumped. The salesperson did not check my drivers license or secure this test drive in anyway. I did not make it out of the lot as the car obviously had some major front-end damage, possibly rim damage, it sounded like the wheel was rubbing against the frame. I just backed it back up turned it off and got out of there. It was a frighteningly surreal scene. I think this lot specializes in cars for folks who for some reason or other have temporary credit issues and god bless can't get financing from a reputable place. I will say that this company states it has a 7 month power train warranty but I don't know what that means for cars in such disrepair; best ask the mechanic. Better yet, when you get there skip the middle man and go directly to the mechanic he/she has all the answers. Dedication to customers, a big HMMMMM I wonder what that means to this business certainly nothing I am accustomed to and I have low standards.
